Review of Studio B Buffet at M Resort

On New Years Eve, I’ve had the pleasure to visit the Studio B Buffet at the M Resort in Las Vegas. As part of the buffet, alcoholic drinks such as beer, wine, mimosas and champagne at the bar (usually mimosas and champagne are on Sundays). There is also espresso and cappuccino at the dessert section to eat with your dessert.

There is quite a huge variety from dim sum, taco bar, salads, gelato, desserts etc. Usually the seafood buffet is on the Friday nights and weekends for $41.99 and on Fridays the prime rib is $24.99, but for New Years Eve there is quite a bit of seafood selection.

IMG_0046 Yes those are raw oysters, mussels and crayfish they had. I’m not a big fan of anything raw but the oysters were amazing!

IMG_0048I recommend everyone try out their clam chowder which has lots of seafood like surf clam and clams. The lobster is decent size for buffet and was very tasty. The server will give one lobster each plate which I think is fair for everyone.

IMG_0058I definitely recommend this buffet to anyone who likes seafood. It may seem pricey but for what you get it’s worth the money. The only caveat is that it is off strip at south Las Vegas Boulevard. Still it is worth checking out whenever your in Las Vegas next time!
